DISA Survey
The purpose of the Diagnostic Inventory of School Alignment (DISA) Tool is to provide schools with information on which to base judgements about leverages for school improvement.
DISA is a custom online tool that Schools can use to their overall alignment and is comprised of 3 Surveys customised for staff, parents, and students.
This is a joint initiative between Adeptive clients, University of Southern Queensland and Australian Council for Educational Leadership.
How we Helped
The DISA Website was built to last. Originally launched in 2011, members of the original project team are still working with our client 10+ years later.
We provide ongoing Maintenance of the website as well as regular Administration and Support duties. Recommendations around the Product Strategy are also presented to our client.
DISA is an example of a Web Solution built with longevity and performance at its core.
The Solution
The solution included the User Experience Design and Development of a Drupal Website. There was also a focus on designing ongoing Maintenance, Support and Administration Processes for successful and efficient operations.
We focused on Performance Optimisation to support High Volume Traffic (Students) using the website simultaneously.
The website included the integration with the clients’ bespoke CRM, eWAY Payment Gateway. A specialised Data Transformation and export module was created to facilitate the delivery of structured data to the client for further processing in external systems.
